For Sale...

That's right! Our house is for sale! It went on the market yesterday. I am feeling sad, yet excited...scared, yet hopeful! Such a rollercoaster of emotion! We've been tossing the idea around for months. We originally had said when we were pregnant w/ baby #2 we would put the house on the market. Then when we had our miscarriage, we said we'd wait and continue to save for a bigger down payment. But, we are gonna try and see what happens. If nothing happens by winter, we'll probably take it off and try again later. We just want to get what we paid for it b/c this neighborhood is not doing so hot, and our realtor doesn't think it's getting any better! Even though we thought 5 yrs ago, we'd totally make money on our house w/ all of our upgrades, we realize that the future house we will buy will also be selling for a lower price than normal. So where we aren't making $, we'll be getting a good deal on our future home. So we think now is the time. Hopefully we are right. We are praying that God will lead us to the right house, and bring the right people who want to buy our house for the right price. We're looking in Hendricks county for those who are wondering. Please pray with us that God's hand will be on all of this, and that He will guide our decisions! Buying house #2 for the long hall is a much more stressful thing then buying house #1!
