8 months

That's right, Bailey is 8 months old! She is getting so close to crawling! She will get on all fours and rock back and forth, and she'll move both hands forward, then she just sits back up. She also is starting to pull up on things. She scoots all around, just not crawling yet. She is so inquisitive! She had a few "puff" snacks the other day and tried water from a sippy cup. Those were her 1st non-baby food and milk things she's been given. She almost looked scared with the puffs like she didn't know what to do with it in her mouth, but she liked them. At first, I held one in my hand for her to grab, and she just put her mouth down to my hand. After a few tries, she took it out of my hand. It will take some practice to get used to that though. She did pretty well with the cup too. She also had a few smashed up baked beans from my plate the other day...she loved 'em! :) She is definitely getting to be a big girl! She is talking even more and saying "Da Da" without knowing it. ;) If she knew what she was saying...she would definitely be saying "Ma Ma"! :) Enjoy the pics of her attempts at crawling...
